Who Pays for Shipping?

  • Buyer pays for return postage. Use a trackable service and keep the tracking number safe.

How to Start a Return

  2. We’ll reply within 1 business day with the return address and packing tips.

  3. Ship the item back and email us the tracking link.

  4. After we inspect the item, we process your refund within 2 business days.

Refund Timelines (after approval)

  • Credit / Debit Card: Funds typically show in 3‑7 business days (some banks up to 15 days).

  • PayPal: Credited within 14 days; certain jurisdictions allow PayPal up to 30 days.

  • Bank Transfer: Funds back in 5‑10 business days.
